How to Cocktail: Martini
The Martini is probably the world’s most famous cocktail recipe, but do you know how to make one properly?
INGREDIENTS:
* 2 1/2 oz Gin
* 1/2 oz Dry vermouth
* 1 dash Orange bitters (optional)
* 1/2 oz Dry vermouth
* 1 dash Orange bitters (optional)
Garnish: Lemon twist
Glass: Cocktail
PREPARATION:
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
